"Becki is the best insurance agent I've ever had, hands down the best. Her service is tailored and personalized to meet your specific needs. I've been a State Farm policy holder for 46 years, and have had numerous agents over the years mostly from moving to different states. Take a look at her credentials and experience. The educational designations she has earned e.g., CLU, ChFC, etc. are complex and difficult. Many an agent in the business do not take the time nor have the aptitude to hon their craft the way Becki has. I rarely write reviews for anyone; maybe three in as many as 20 years. I felt compelled to do this after seeing the dozens of 5 star reviews, but also some of the "dings" (1 star reviews) left by "unhappy" customers. After reading some of the reviews let me say insurance can be complicated and it's a shared responsibility between those needing insurance and those providing it. All too often people will complain about poor service or have an axe to grind because they had a loss that was excluded from coverage. They'll saying things like "then why do I even have insurance?" Part of the problem is all too often people are only concerned with getting the cheapest rates, or declining certain coverages thinking the worst will never happen. But, when it does, they conveniently forgot they declined the coverages to save a couple of bucks. To make matters worse, anyone that has or needs insurance should read the policy they receive in the mail. Don't just toss it on the kitchen counter or stuff it in a drawer. True, a policy is 20+ pages long, but it's important to understand what is a covered loss and what situations may be excluded. I'll wrap it up by saying if you care about having the best, then call Becki and her team. While no business is perfect, and mistakes can and will happen, it's a matter of the response the business gives to correct those problems. If you're concerned about the "bottom line" only then looking else where may be for you. But when it comes time to make a claim, and that time will come trust me, you want an advocate on your side, that's Becki Ross.
